Free the specified I/O command list.

Description

This function deallocates the specified I/O command list previously allocated with MsysIoAlloc().

On a Matrox 4Sight GP computer, this function is only available if a MIL Host system was previously allocated. It is not available on a Matrox 4Sight GP.
