DescriptionThis function returns the minimum pixel value possible in the specified buffer.

BufferInfoHandle
Specifies the handle of the MIL buffer. The buffer handle must be obtained using MfuncInquire() with M_BUFFER_INFO.
Return value
The returned value is the minimum pixel value
possible in the specified MIL buffer.
