DescriptionThis function returns the band offset of the specified buffer relative to its ancestor buffer.
Note that

Parameter
BufferInfoHandle
Specifies the handle of the MIL buffer. The buffer handle must be obtained using MfuncInquire() with M_BUFFER_INFO.
Return value
The returned value is the band offset of the
specified MIL buffer relative to its ancestor buffer.
