DescriptionThis function returns the bit offset of the specified MIL buffer relative its ancestor buffer.

Parameter
BufferInfoHandle
Specifies the handle of the MIL buffer. The buffer handle must be obtained using MfuncInquire() with M_BUFFER_INFO.
Return value
The returned value is the bit offset of the
specified MIL buffer relative its ancestor buffer.
